Welcome Table / Reception - Tent platform nearest entrance 

• Sign-In/ Receive Name Badges: Current members name badges have a ribbon attached to their name badge 

• Membership Sign-Ups / Renewals 

• Receive 20 Questions Page/pencils + encourage guests to complete Q/A before 1:30

 

Refreshments Table / All recyclable materials 

• Finger Foods aka cookies/brownies 

• Cider or Juice + Water Bottle Refill Station

• Coffee/cocoa, if very cold 

 

12:30 - 12:50 PM Demonstrations by Troop #444 and Troup 44

 

1:00 - 1:20 PM - Brief Remarks from the Lean-to

• Cut Ribbon - between two trees.  

• Friends of the Outlet Current & Past Presidents 

  • Thank Yates County TAC Grantors

  • Thank Volunteers/Maintenance 

  • Recognize and Thank Rangers

  • Review the 20 FOTO Answers to the 20 FOTO Questions - SWAG BAG/Basket Prize
